Our main complaint is that Jasper did not provide anyone that could speak english, therefore, we were unable to communicate with the crew. The project manager, William, barely participated in the process which would have helped with the communication. However, Cory Hollingsworth was very helpful in his capacity as sales rep. Otherwise, the product was good, the service was good.
