5 is just not an adequate rating for G & G. They are absolutely outstanding. They go out of their way to help their customers, every time. I have been using them for 17 years, since I moved to the area.
They have helped us with our gas inserts for the fireplace, they've done our furnace maintenance, and air scrubbing. Their customer service, technical skills, and responsiveness are absolutely great.
Their service representatives are knowledgeable and dependable. I can call them for appropriate, accurate assessments and trust that they'll follow through. I can also expect a follow-up after the service is done.
We have recommend them to many people because we are very happy with them. There is no way we would consider changing providers. They are just the best.
