In the beginning I spoke with Anastasia on the phone. She gave me the estimate price and all the initial information with the timings. The workers( can’t really remember their names) arrived early on the day of the move (after calling me first). The guys covered every detail of the move with us before getting started. They proceeded to pack and move every piece of furniture in my old home without nicking or scratching a wall. They were fast, yet highly conscientious of our belongings. The same held true when they arrived at our new house. They unloaded and placed all our contents in our new house without a nick or scratch to any of our newly painted walls. Each and every piece of furniture was also perfect without a scratch or dents anywhere (the only movers I have ever used that were able to make it without damage). In addition, they went the extra mile to get our refrigerator into our new house as well (which was no easy feat I may add)! In the end, the guys finished the move in the exact time estimated and with the same price quoted. I would use Principle again and I will definitely recommend them to friends.
