First, I am not sure why it is called Cheesecake Heaven - their cheesecakes are nothing to be proud of - unless you like Sara Lee frozen cheesecakes.\r

If you want a good cheesecake go to Not by Bread Alone down the street.\r

A few of their sandwiches are good, the rest are just OK - but all are pricey - and if you get them to-go they do not come with the chips and dill pickle spear, but you are still charged the same price.\r

I called to ask why these were not included, as I had paid for them as was told that to-go orders do not include them, the employee did not know why, and left a message for the store owner or manager to give me a call - well neither had the class to call.\r

It is rather upsetting when you pay for something you don't get just because you have a to-go order.\r

Their soups are terrible - watered down and virtually tasteless.\r

I am told the owner is only in sparingly and that the employees never know when that will be - it definitely shows - she seems to be one of these people who has a sense of entitlement.\r

If you want great cheesecake - go to Not by Bread Alone down the street.\r

If you want good tasting food where you get what you pay for - find another place.
