I walked into this dealership expecting that I will buy an affordable and reliable car. This dealership sold me a certified pre-owned vehicle that was in an accident and they never disclosed that information. In fact, we were told that what makes a certified pre-owned vehicle is that it meets certain standards, the most important being that it has never been in an accident. After months of unsuccessful repairs to the car, we decided to take a loss and trade it in for a brand new car (since they couldn't buy it back due to the accident that it was in--which makes no sense because it was sold in that condition). The salesman Mel Quinto kept telling us to return the old plates and that we'd get new ones in the mail. We waited and waited. When we called the lady on the phone told us the plates were delivered and someone signed for them. Then she said the plates were transferred and that we were supposed to keep the old ones and just put it on the new car. Too late for that since we'd already turned in the old plates. I went to get new plates today that cost me $100 and they wasted my time for this past year--going to various dealerships to make repairs on the damaged car and opening a case with Honda. Going to this dealership was a complete nightmare. STAY AWAY! more
