I had a buddy fly in from out of town to play at a gaming tournament here. We arrived at the game store 10 minutes before the tournament was to begin. There was absolutely no line at the register. The owner charged us a ""late fee"" for ARRIVING 10 MINUTES EARLY. There was absolutely no one waiting in line. My friend and I were completely disgusted by the owners gracelessness and lack of customer service. Frequent this establishment at your peril.
