The Supreme Aluminum installation crew were efficient and polite. They removed the old window and installed the new windows quickly and cleaned up well before departing. The windows have proved to be well able to reduce transmission of heat and noise form the parking lot outside my windows. My only negative observation is that these new double paine windows seem to reverberate quite loudly. A low but noticalbe low roaring noise accompanys the passing of jets and airplanes, which is for us on this side of the building as our windows face the potomac river where planes approach Reagan National Airport form 6 am-11:30 pm. I guess the timber of the engines that is weirdly in sinc with the double paned glass windows. Also, the windows seem to distort the sound of passing storms. Thunderstorms now sound like a train rumble. I guess it must be that low frequency sounds are transmitted through the windows oddly. Just thought to write and mention it as this product seems well made...and someone there might want to consider the ramifications in the future production of the windows. Thanks, JW
