I'm glad I didn't have them do my move.... i called to get pricing info and spent a good 30 minutes on the phone with a gentleman who was very informative however, he told me to "hold" or book a date for a move i would need to give my credit card # and they would charge it $100.00 and if for some reason I need to change the date or cancel as long as it was 5 days before the scheduled move date i would get my deposit back. Well my move date kept getting pushed out so I called the 5 days before and spoke to a girl by the name of Sara and cancelled and she asked me if i wanted to reschedule and I explained the sitution. When i looked at my credit card statement there was the charge for $100.00 and no credit for the cancellation - after MULTIPLE phone calls to Sara she informed me that they don't give your $100.00 back!!!! she was not sure who I spoke to and who told me this but the owner will not refund my deposit - well so now I will post everywhere of their awful customer service and their sneaky ways to get money for doing NOTHING!!!! I will also be disputing this charge with my bank!!!!!
