Wow. This place is sooooo fantastic. Every dish I had was bursting with flavor; a tablemate called the food a party in your mouth! Ha! The conch ceviche was spicy and creamy and balanced and awesome. I'd never had steak tartare like that before...with a truffle vinaigrette!...the best I've tasted in the world. The empanadas were crunchy and velvety and spicy and DELICIOUS! You have to try the orecchiette too. The sauce is both buttery and acidic (lemon?). And the wood-fired pizzas! YUMMMMM.
