I really was satisfied with how wonderful my carpets were. The two gentlemen that cleaned my carpet were friendly and efficient. I was a little disappointed in how late they were. I was scheduled between 10-11 and they didn't arrive until 12:37. It usualy wouldn't be that big of a deal except I had to be at the airport. Understandable though that things do run off schedule, just was annoying waiting. Will recomend.
