I did my timing belt replacement at this shop. Later on the car started shaking and workers didn't want to fix the problem (didn't honor their warranty). After contacting this place and asking them to honor their warranty, I ended up going to the Honda dealership and payed over $1200 for the mess that Bushey's did to my car.\r

After repairing the car at the Honda dealership, I requested Bushey's to pay me back and showed that Honda dealership in writing stated that problems with the engine were caused by incorrect installation of the timing belt. Bushey's declined and ignored my request even though I had a written statement from the Honda dealership.\r

The owner/manager of the store, Mr.Howard, was very rude and told me that as a customer I needed to adjust my schedule to meet with him, if I really wanted them to fix their mistake (I tried to talk with him three times before 5pm, but he leaves the store after 1pm).
