Leonard Tire & Auto ripped me off of $500. I took my 1999 Mazda Protege in because the radiator had blown. The manager, Pat, had the radiator replaced and said the car was fine. A week later, the car started overheating again. It turned out he had fixed the symptom (blown radiator) but not the actual problem (water pump? Water pipe? Who knows, because he never actually fixed it). I took my car in five times over three months, losing hundreds of dollars in rental cars and missed work, only $125 of which Pat reimbursed. Each time, Pat kept the car a week or more longer than he said he would and never called me to update me on the car's status. I couldn't afford to keep having the car in the shop, so I quit the part-time job I needed it for and sold it to someone who thought he could fix it. Pat refuses to refund the $500. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
