Like the other reviews below and straight from owners mouth, they are overwhelmed with work so no follow through or call backs. Good for them but what about customers? Debris blown Into flower beds weekly, gates slammed, just a fifteen minute mow. Repeatedly asked for upgraded service and never received it. Cancelled service and receptionist said ""ok'"" and that was it. Had yard cleaned following week, trimmed and mowed by a new service and the superior crew shows up to mow the freshly cut lawn- parks truck literally in front of the 10 plus bags of shrubbery and leaves cleaned out from our flower beds accumulated over a two three month period or so we used superior. Again, great for BASIC mow and go service but that's it. Great they mow a hundred yards a day - WHATEVER - but what about customers who need more than basic service?
