If you want the price their competitor is charging, you have to ASK FOR IT. And do not cancel your service within the three months they bill your for, or they'll charge you a fee to write a refund check, AND, $25 for them to come out and pick up your cart. Take my advice and wait until your 3 month billing cycle is up and then just cancel. No refund to worry about, and the $25 pickup fee is on them. What a crappy way of doing business.
