The most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to. I made an appointment over the phone a man which I come out to learn is the owner. I called and made the appointment and informed him that I purchased from Groupon and gave him my number. Today I go for my appointment and was asked to sit and when it came time for me fill out the forms I hand him the voucher and he was like O no we don't take these on Saturdays. When I made my appointment that was never mentioned nor does not state it on the voucher. When I stated this, he was like the person that would be doing my services does not accept the Groupon voucher. Never in my life have I had an unpleasant experience, the owner told me to call groupon and get my money back. Why offer something that you are not going to honor. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING NOT ONLY GRUPON BUT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO COMPLAIN HOW CAN THIS BE DONE FOR PEOPLE WHO PAY FOR SOMETHING AND ARE INSULTED AND MADE OUT TO BE A LIER. AS IF I WOKE UP TODAY TO SAY LET ME GO AND GET A SERVICE DONE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT TO THE BRONX AS I LIFE IN WESTCHESTER. THE OWNER NEEDS TO TAKE LESSON ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AS HE HAS NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
