I ordered some salmon handrolls. Because they only list salmonskin handrolls as an option (as most sushi restaurants do), I wrote in the comments of my order to please make the handrolls with just salmon, no skin.
Well, they listened to that part okay, but what I received were two handrolls with COOKED salmon in them. Cooked salmon. From a sushi place. I've run through a few scenarios in my head but still can't understand why they think I'd be asking for cooked salmon.
Total letdown. Other than that everything was tasty enough. I liked the Teru roll.
