I am reviewing just my experience of trying to get a particulat plumber that I have found to do excellent work in the past out here to my house on a service call. I called the end of July and was connected to a voice mail. The person was supposed to be back in the office according to the dates on her voice mail but apparently she didn't make it back to work when she had thought she would at the time she made her voice mail. I never received a call back so I called a week or so later and got a very nice man that said I would be contacted within a half hour with details of setting up an appointment. I wasn't. Now I am sitting here at 7:00 A.M. and no one will answer the phone till at least 8 or 9 I guess. That is very inconsiderate as I do still have to go to work and I have no idea if my sink, toilet and tub will be fixed today, and if so what time. So do i go on to work or take off and wait to hopefully get an answer about if I can get a plumber out here today or not. How is that anyway to run a business? If it weren't that the plumber I have asked for does such a very good job and really tries to provide good customer service I would never use Bell Plumbing.
RESPONSE FROM Bell Plumbing & Heating Co:
Sherrye - I'm very sorry your last experience with us was not positive. You've been a great customer of ours since 2005 and I know you always want Glen to be your guy. Unfortunately, he's been out with a serious medical condition for the past 4 months (although he's now recovering well and he should be back with us next month!). What concerns me most about your review is that calls weren't returned (do you know by chance who you left the message with?) and the idea that nobody would be here until 8AM. We have Bell employees manning the phones 24/7 (we don't use answering services - only our own employees), and every employee here is trained to take service calls. I will look into this immediately to see if we have a breakdown in our processes. In the meantime, if you would like to discuss this with me, please call me at 303-757-5661 - I'm very concerned and want to make this right with you.
