I felt that they wanted to do many procedures that were not necessary. This information was confirmed by an orthodontist. On another occasion my four year old had lost a filling over the weekend and was in pain. I made an appt for first thing mon morning and due to traffic we were 5 min late and they refused to see us at that time and wanted to reschedule for the following day. I had to demand another appt for that day.I feel that it takes awhile to get reimbursed from them when I overpay due to them ""guessing"" on how much the insurance will pay. Needless to say I am looking for a new family dentist.
