Over the past years I have had Max Mechanical put two complete AC units. The first was under warranty but they could not find their paperwork nor could I. I found it later but they had already put in a new unit. I asked for some consideration on my next service call, gave the paperwork to the tech who said the iwner would call. He never did even after I called him repeatedly. Tonight my AC stopped working and my wife convinced me to call them again. I did and was promised a call back by the owner, Gary. He returned the call at 9:30 after he saw that I had tried to calol him. He said he had forgot but would schedule a repair man tomorrow. I an disabled and have problems with breathing. So his forgetfulness has created a somewhat dabngerous situation for me in this heat. Those are the reasons thaI am leaving this low perfomance report
