I have been pretty happy with Independent Car Specialists. I feel like they always deal honestly with me and they fix the things that they say they are going to fix. Of course, like any business, they are going to want to suggest other service or upsell, but they don't do it in a way that makes me feel coerced. I always feel like they're just suggesting other things or services of which I can take advantage. Another thing that I like is that they know that I can't afford a lot of stuff for my car so they always suggest the bare minimum that I can do to keep my car running. That is appreciated. There have only been one or two occasions where I didn't feel that the work was up to the usual standards, but those two experiences were outliers and my experience with them has been very favorable.
