I can not recommend this company. I had problems every step of the way. From design to delivery to installation to waiting for parts for weeks and weeks after I had to go pick up my cabinets myself. To be fair, I definitely messed up the measurements a little, but I feel if I had a more seasaoned sales person that I would have been guided better. Also, myfriend who has done several kitchens did my installation, not WCF. He said that the drawings (plans) were not like any he had ever seen and were confusing. In the end, I have a 21 inch upper cabinet that could not be installed, an extra dishwasher panel, and ""crown molding"" filler, (which I thought was real crown moding when ordering) sitting in my basement. That is about $400 of mistakes. The worst part of everything was the customer service. It was AWFUL! There are so many clauses that you have to sign off on in the contract and when you have a problem, the associates just start quoting the contract, like that washes their hands of any responsibility. Also, I communicated very cleary, in writing, multiple times, with my designer/sales person about the delivery date. It got messed up. Thank goodness my friend had a trailer and we only live 1.5 hours away and were able to pick up the cabinets ourselves. It's a shame because these are pretty nice cabinets. I am happy with the look anf function of them> I have had them for about 4 months now. I have the Mocha Glazed ones.
