My husband, Shawn, just left this location off South Cobb Dr. He took my 2007 Ford Fusion in for a simple oil change. 2 hours later he gets home. 1st of all an oil change should take no longer than 45 min MAX; 2nd of all another customer, who arrived AFTER my husband for an alignment, was in and out before they even pulled my car in to get serviced which was 20 minutes after close and 1 hour 20 minutes after he arrived! Then, after all that time waiting, they STILL can't do the service properly because they don't have the correct filter?? Oh, and how could I forget the employee did not use any protection on my floorboard from his oily shoes and had to use solvent to clean it up, which will most definitely make me sick due to the strong smell. And they call themselves ""One Stop Auto""? I am appalled at this horrible experience.
