Trish Callies is rude and does not take accountability. This company does the accounting for the HOA of a property I purchased a while ago. While they charged me a ""transfer fee"" to put the account in my name at time of sale, they never actually updated their records with any of my information. I did not receive an annual bill as they were sending it to the previous home owner per their incorrect records. One day I received a letter from a collections office stating I owe something in the neighborhood of $500 for lawyer fees, late fees, etc. I called Trish and she claimed the entire responsibility was mine since they do not legally have to send anyone a bill. Who seriously believes you can put someone in collections without notifying them that they actually owe something? I don't have the time or energy for small claims court so I let it go. Not without calling her several times though asking for her to take some responsibility and drop all the fees and charges; I would gladly pay the amount originally due. At some point she hung up on me and stop taking my calls altogether. Nice. So not only did I have to pay the fees for the collections agency, but also to take the lien off my property. All this without ever getting a bill indicating payment was due, nor any correspondence indicating that Complete Property Management was in charge of collecting HOA dues. more
