My cabinets took twice as long for delivery. They arrived damaged. Installation of my cabinets has not been completed because they keep canceling on me. The cabinets are nice, but their service is horrible. We saved a little bit on cost, but lost more than we saved on the cost of waiting for no show appointments. There are many available options and Jaiba is not a good one for people who want cabinets installed. I wish I did better research before hiring Jaiba because I found multiple negative online reviews about this company. Unfortunately, their stories are similar to mine.
