I went there with my dog for a ear infection and the front desk staff were very unfriendly and uncaring. The doctor whom we've seen before seemed unfriendly too, which was not the case before. I feel after 18 years of going to this clinic that I will go else where. I do not like the attitudes there. Also, I called regarding a question about the medication that was given my dog and the staff were very snippy.
