Our washing machine was not producing cold water. It tuned out that the water valve had been corroded internally and no water was getting though. Technician Keith arrived the same day as our service call. As he had not yet diagnosed the problem, he was naturally not equipped with the parts necessary to replace the valve. He did determine that the hot water valve was also about to fail. He moved the washer and stated that he would return the following day to effect repairs. He arrived at the scheduled time and promptly replaced the vales and the washer hoses with reinforced type. Excellent work and a very professional - and informative - technician.
