Problems with work from day one. Called them to diagnose and repair Maytag refrigerator. 1st call resulted in part order, we had to call for status of part and schedule a repair visit. Then frig was still not working, resulting in a 2nd call to diagnose the need for another 'major' part. Then they came to fix - they had ordered the wrong part & we had to wait for another order. Once the correct part was received and replaced, the technician did not know how to re-program the control panel - however he did tell us the frig was set to 'max' cold and would work until new control panel could be ordered. (however everything in the freezer thawed before I arrived home for the day) Having seen on line that this was a common technique for companies to generate sales - I was able to look up the instructions and program the control panel myself.
