The owner of Bicycle South Windsor is a perfectionist and completely comfortable with all aspects of the fitting, sales and service of bicycles. In most cases his customers are good customers and good people. Nothing is more disturbing than a customer faking being a good customer and then writing some babyish complaint when, in fact, the issue could have been dealt with by in-person communication and listening skills. The guarantees he provides for sales and service leave nothing to complain about, unless the customer is just an unhappy person to begin with. The shop is not born of a big corporation, it has been nurtured for over sixteen years by one very honest individual, so if you are a bad customer perhaps you should rethink your communications skillset - or just go somewhere else.
