Great job Curtain Exchange!!!! I can't wait to get my new curtain rod. Upon stepping into The Curtain Exchange, I was greeted by Jim (not knowing he was the owner) who in a jokingly way educated me on the layout of the store along with some of the details of their merchandise. Due to not always getting the best customer service from other stores in the past, I have to say it was truly refreshing and impressive the level of customer service Jim demonstrated. Once I told Jim that I had come into the store looking specifically for a 2? wooden curtain rod, he made sure I was educated on what they had from the lower-end to higher-end rods, he showed me the books with other available options, and he made me feel like a valued customer no matter how much or little money I was planning to spend (unfortunately very rare in this time and age). After placing my order, I left The Curtain Exchange not only feeling very good about my purchase but also feeling good that customer service is very much alive at The Curtain Exchange. I will definitely spread the word about my experience.
