EVERY TIME - Before we even stepped into the examining rooms I always asked the staff if what we were having done was covered by our dental ins. and every time they stated it was. We even sat down in the mgr office and he showed us all what we were having done on his computer and assured us EVERYthing was covered by our dental ins. But then the bills started coming. Called our dental ins and they stated there were charges on our claims that even THEY did not know what they were. I refused to pay - they turned me over to collections. Very dishonest & tricky.
