DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are the WORST at customer service and the quality of the doors are terrible. After only 4 years our doors are demolished with rust. We maintained them according to the manufacturer's instructions. When we contacted Martin Garage Doors Hawaii it took over 6 phone calls, 3 emails, and 2 WEEKS to get a response! They never had anyone from the company come look at the doors but yet they then stated we must not have maintained them properly (wrong!) and will not even consider working with us on the problem (I had sent them photos several times with no response). WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Their website has invalid/outdated information; seems this company runs ruffshod and just simply does not care. I will never buy anything from them ever.
