I had a need for repair of a water heater and made contact with Pipeline Plumbing. The customer service representative was pleasant, personable and made arrangements for a plumber to fix my water heater within a couple of hours. The plumber who responded to the service call was James and his customer service, professionalism and determination to complete the water heater repair was outstanding.
