Thank you for the challenging workouts. I get bored very easily but find myself sticking with CFC workouts! Love the variety and can see visible changes in my physique. I have lost INCHES since I started boot camp (5 months ago): 3" in my waist and hips! 1.5" in my right bicep and 1" in my left bicep Amazing! I'm a 5'8" 41-year-old female so these are welcome decreases! Dropped a size or two! Can't thank you enough! I LOVE boot camp :)
