I took a vacuum here to be repaired 2 years ago and it took several weeks. When we asked when it would be ready, the serviceman was very rude. I took the vacuum back to him today to be fixed again. He was such a jerk that I left to buy a new vacuum elsewhere. I willl never go there again.
