This corporation is only in the business for profit. It is obvious when you bring in a sick pet and they get out the computer and try to sell you an insurance plan. The vets aren't good either. My cat was suffering from severe constipation which I told them so they put him on an antibiotic and sold me special food for a bladder infection and gave him a booster vaccine while he was ailing. When I left there the bill was $150 and my cat was only worse off. This was a Friday night. I got hold of Dr. Pomeroy the next day who told me to bring him in. He did not have a bladder infection. It was constipation. Dr. Pomeroy said to leave him overnight and he might, in the worst case scenario, have to relieve him surgically. But he treated him with enemas first and the cat was fine. Banfield should be out of business for their money-hungry tactics.
