Tim B, Tim P is a customer with an identity crisis and is blaming Harry C, the salesman at Mullahey Ford. We have all the documentation from this person, so when the reply comes back that Mullahey Ford is not telling the truth, you can call the dealership and get the straight story. In a nutshell, this person signs up online under a different name then his own. Ford issued a rebate in the fake name and he tried to use it. Ford did not honor it and he is upset. Harry tried to do everything to help this person but some people can't see reality when it is right in front of them.
