I have purchased a ford escape 2008 from you last year and was treated poorly. The car needed breaks just 2-3 months after purchase ($450-$500) . The guy Tim and the manager acted like jerks and refused to help me and treated me like garbage Now after a year, i have a flat tire in the middle of the heat. I find out that the Jack and the tools I need to lower the spare tire and remove it are not included and not where they need to be. Wow is all I can say about your dealer ship. What kind of inspection do you perform on your cars? Do you ever check the brakes? Do you ever make sure that the car is equipped with the tools needed to replace a flat tire? It will be nice if you take the initiative and do something about these issues and stand behind your dealership. Thank you. Paul more
