We stayed in " Stairway to Heaven". The location was very good, close to the park and tourists attractions. The resort was huge...very attractive. My biggest complaint was the lack of attention to maintenance. The showers were clogged and the carpet was very worn. The kitchen was sparsely supplied...no pot holders! I bought some to use during our stay. The WiFi would not connect. None of the TV remotes worked. There were not enough coffee mugs or bowls for a 9 room cabin. I left a list of maintenance issues w/ the desk clerk upon check out. We had a great family reunion despite the inconveniences.
