We have been very dissatisfied with this company. The main reason we picked them to begin with was because they offer recycling pick up. They didn't pick it up at all the first 3 or 4 weeks and have missed it several times since then. When I called about it, the ladies on the phone were extremely rude and acted like I was the one that made the mistake, saying that it "wasn't out" when in fact, I am positive that it was. I am a very friendly person, but I have about had it with WCA. DO NOT use them if you can help it!
