I had my 1st laser hair removal session on 6/22/12. The next night my inner thighs felt extremely tender. When I took off my jeans I saw a red circular burn on my inner right thigh & three smaller red circular burns on the left. The top layer of my skin was gone! On 6/25/12 I called the office & told the nurse what happened. I received a follow up call Tuesday. They wanted me to come in but the weather was bad. On 7/3/12 I called the office to say I was dissatisfied, wasn’t going to continue the hair removal & wanted a refund. I was asked to come in so they could see the burns. On 7/5/12 I went in; they said the marks didn't look so bad. They said the instrument is rectangular so any burns would be rectangular not round. I was told I wouldn’t get a refund because they provided a service. I guess the burns were complimentary. Beware!
