This is how a car dealership should be run. We purchased a 2006 Honda Odyssey sight-unseen from Thrift Auto Sales on eBay. While they were extremely busy, we never had any problem getting a hold of someone to help us with questions and logistics of payment. We dealt mainly with Hiram, who was up-front and honest about everything. Also, their customer service is excellent: 1) They sent someone to pick us up from an airport an hour away from the dealership (we're from Ohio), 2) They re-ordered headset replacements for the van's DVD player without us even having to ask once we realized the original headsets were missing, 3) they followed up with us after our purchase to make sure everything was good and that we were happy with our car. Good luck trying to find that level of customer service at any dealership today. I am very pleased with my experience there would definitely do business with them again.
