Terrible customer service. Did not even notify us when our order was in after having us wait almost 3 weeks later than told we would have to wait. Ordered four pieces. Three were fine, one was damaged. Contacted customer service the day we picked up the furniture to let them know a piece was damaged just like the sales rep told us to. They insisted that we either brought it all the way back and wait 10 days to pick up a new one or we had to pay 50 bucks to have them deliver. They sold us a defective piece of furniture at full price, why would we have to pay them to bring us what we ordered in new condition? I told them if we brought back one piece we were not waiting and we would bring it all back for a refund. They were fine with that. Why?: Because they said if anything was damaged during transit to bring back the other pieces than we had to pay knowing full well that it was unpackaged at this point. Crooks and scam artists. We will never buy from them again!
