The Gardens is the best community of it's kind in the area. Grounds and facilities are meticulously maintained. Totally refurbished clubhouse with great facilities and lots of activities. Great people. Management is very particular that residents maintain properties and comply with community rules. All residents (whether owners or renters) must be pre-qualified. Obviously the negative reviews come from persons who did not make the grade. As a homeowner, I am totally satisfied that management continues to maintain a high standard.
