At this point, I'd give American Air Heating and Cooling Inc. all zeroes if I could. My unit got fried by lighting so American Air was recommended to me by my insurance company. They installed a new unit but couldn't get it to run. Apparently, a part had burned up in it, or was bad. It's still burned out and my entire house smells like burnt parts.
Somebody was supposed to call me and come back out to fix it. The tech told me he'd call me the next day to plan the next step. It's been over a week, and still no call and no fix.
