I am so glad I took a chance with Kuhn's. They got here quickly after I called. I was expecting a long wait due to our heat wave. I needed a part that wasn't going to be in stock for 3 days and he found me one the very next day. My unit is old and one problem led to another. They just worked and worked on it until it was fixed. With the coupon, my bill was actually less than the estimate they gave. How often does THAT happen? Highly recommend. I'll be using them from now on.
