The bouncer was over 3 hours late to our party. I called several times and they said "it's a busy day." When the bouncer did arrive the person who set it up gave us a discount of only $20. I will not call them again. I expected better customer service.

This was a 4th of July rental which are typically later starting events. Also, the 4th of July is the busiest day of the year in our industry :-) We are looking into the details of this rental in order to understand what went down on the day of the event and why our customer (since 2007) doesn't want to use us again :-(
