We were in the mood for lobster last night, so headed over to The Stationhouse in Deerfield not knowing they are closed for vacation (?). We walked around the cove and decided to stop in at LaVal to eat dinner. We were surprised at the quaint atmosphere which is not what it looks like from the outside and we were surprised at the interesting way they waited on us. The main courses were very good and the dessert and coffee equally as good. We will be back and recommend LaValle De Loire.
