I made the mistake of letting another shop touch my car... they told me I needed an alignment to fix some loud road noise and vibration. They took my money and the problem remained. Jeff took one look and identified the issue and repaired it. It was a safety concern and the other shop didn't even care. Jeff saved the day again!
