TERRIBLE COMPANY. We called to have them fix the smelling restroom. James came over to inspect and recommend to have commercial company to have further inspection (see picture) since he is not a commercial plumber. James also had cut one of the cover of my sewage line to find out the problem but then he can not find a replacement cover for it. So James has to put in alternative cover but he went to plumbing supply to buy it and total charge is $335.03. REMEMBER PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED. James put me to talk to Dianna (owner) and I was so shocked when she is already mad when I asked to reduce the fee. I told her that I will put my experience with her company and she told me that she will put a bad review on my company too since she has a big family. To Dianna, I am not afraid of your threat at all since we do business with HONESTY AND INTEGRITY.
