We rented an apartment through Rhyne for a year. To be honest, they were fine, but what really made me not like them was what they did at the end of our lease. They knew we had cats but never asked us to pay the pet deposit. Less than a month before we moved out, they came after us and made us pay $300 (in hindsight, I don't know why we did). But the real kicker was LESS THAN A WEEK LATER, they sold the apartment complex and KEPT THE DEPOSIT. They did not transfer it. And you know what the new owner said? He said our apartment was in perfect condition, therefore...NO DEPOSIT NEEDED. Scammers!
